My family and I recently moved due to a job transfer. We lived at Sunset Ridge for three years. This complex has seen some crappy managment over the years. It's unfortunate that when we leave a new company called roscoe took over. It's like a breath of fresh air. They are so friendly and professional. They were never rude to us when we asked for any kind of help with our unit or had questions. I truly believe it will take some time to get their review score up. But I believe that Roscoe has their heart in Sunset Ridge. They have already done an amazing job cleaning up the mess Wilmax left. I believe that Roscoe is fair and honest in their management dealings.

This is a review of a positive nature. This review speaks volume of what my family has had the pleasure of experiencing while living at Sunset Ridge Apartment Homes for the last few months. I cannot speak for everyone, but I do want to express loud and clear that I am exceedingly pleased thus far to have chosen Sunset Ridge Apartment Homes as a place I now consider home. The staff are amazing, they are extremely kind, very professional and knowledgeable. I have had the pleasure of communicating with the Jenna, the Property Manager, and Travis. The Maintenance Supervisor of which both are exceptional and irreplaceable individuals in my book and an asset to Sunset Ridge Apartment Homes, going over and beyond their normal call of duty. I have always believed that Staff members are an extended representation of the management company they work under, so this is saying a lot. KUDOS to Sunset Ridge Apartment Homes and Roscoe Properties! I wanted 2017 completion to be on a good note by sharing my incredible experience as a resident of Sunset Ridge Apartment Homes by recommending you check it out and experience good living in the coming year. Management is great esspecially Jenna great place to live

This place is really cool. The new management company and the maintenance guys are on it. They made me feel like part of a community rather then just a unit number. The way they handle stuff is very professional and full of grace. I was thinking about moving but now I’m staying. Thanks so much for all you have done for me

Beautiful community with awesome townhomes! They even have basements!

Moved in with no issues. Management is extremely nice and helpful. Any time I have a maintenance issue someone is quickly over. The town homes are spacious and kept up. There are a lot of kids in the neighbor hood. The community is always kept clean. I'm new to the area and there is plenty of stores near by. I've lived here for now 2 months. No complaints.
